By signing the legal guarantees the government has pledged to respect the Olympic charter and to grant free entry and movement to the accredited participants in the Olympic games.
At the same time it promised to take all necessary measures for Prague and the Czech Olympic Committee to fulfil all their duties at hundred percent, Stehlikova said.
The legal guarantees will be part of the application form the representatives of Prague's candidacy will take to Lausanne, the International Olympic Committee's (IOC) headquarters, on Sunday.

Mainly small towns' mayors have expressed fears that the Olympic games would attract money to Prague at the cost of towns and regions.
The government, however, emphasised in its resolution today that it does not pledge to provide financial guarantees anytime during Prague's Olympic candidacy.
Prague Mayor Pavel Bem, a fierce advocate of the plan, asserts the games would bring profit to the whole country, including small towns.
The financial side of the project is to be discussed next year at the earliest.
