Derby have named their new owners as the American-based group General Sports and Entertainment.
The group has agreed an investment partnership with the club, which will not involve them taking on any debt.

"This is a significant day in the history of this club," Derby chairman Adam Pearson said.
GSE chairman Andy Appleby said: "We are excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact and are impressed with the club's incredible potential."

Appleby added that Italian football scandal hearing ...
Football: Arsenal extend lead ...

Prague Mayor pays suspiciously low rent for villa ...
Platini's Euro Cup plan rejected ...
he had "visited Derby County over the last six months and experienced a match day at Pride Park Stadium, where we were impressed with the incredible potential of the club and the loyalty of the fan base".
Pearson will retain his position as chairman, and Appleby will join him on the board.
Tom Glick, a former chief marketing officer for the New Jersey Nets basketball team, is to be brought in as a new president and chief executive.
Another GSE affiliate, Tim Hinchey, will become Derby's executive vice-president.
Derby are the fourth Premier League club in American hands, along with Manchester United, Liverpool and Aston Villa.
"I understand the new owners are definitely looking to model themselves on the way Randy Lerner has transformed Aston Villa," BBC Sport's Pat Murphy told BBC Radio 5 Live on Saturday.
"They're not going to align themselves with the way the Glazer family runs Manchester United and messrs Hicks and Gillett run Liverpool.
"The hope is this will end years of uncertainty at Derby County."
Derby have endured a torrid ride since returning to the top flight as they have won just one of their 23 league games this season.
They were also knocked out of the FA Cup by Championship Preston on Saturday.
Pearson, speaking in Derby's match day programme on Saturday, said: "This is a significant day in the history of this club and the takeover adds new financial firepower, underpinning a long-term plan to establish Derby County as a major player in the Premier League and as an international club brand.
"The long-term aim is to establish the Derby County brand worldwide through successful alliances with sporting teams in the USA, Far East and other continents.
"The immediate aim, though, is to continue to build the infrastructure of the club at Pride Park and obviously develop a squad which over the coming seasons is renowned as a Premier League force.
"The turnaround in the fortunes of Aston Villa, with their American investment in squad and club infrastructure, is a key model we would like to emulate over the coming seasons."
