A total of 62 percent of respondents said they considered international organised crime a big threat to the Czech Republic and 53 percent said terrorists posed the biggest threat.
However, 16 percent said that refugees from other countries posed the danger and 10 percent said ethnic minorities living in the Czech Republic posed a danger.
Other countries respondents believe pose the threat to the Czech Republic's security are, apart from Iran (17 percent), Iraq (16 percent) and Russia (16 percent), also the USA, Afghanistan and China.
According to 23 percent of respondents, no foreign country poses any threat to the security and peace in the Czech Republic.
The poll was conducted on 1056 respondents over 15.
