Brozova-Polednova is the only participant in the trial who has been sentenced for her role, but the verdict has not taken effect.
The High Court that dealt with her appeal on February 4 has ruled that it will not continue examining the case, Kovac said.
Judge Petr Braun, who sentenced Brozova-Polednova last year, told CTK today has not yet received the verdict.
The acquittal is valid and it can only be changed through a special judicial remedy.
