A row has blown up over the death of a teenager from Devon whose body was found on a beach in India.
Scarlett Keeling, 15, from Bideford, had been on a six-month holiday with her family.
Her body was found at the resort of Anjuna, Goa, on 18 February.
Police said that they believed she drowned accidentally.

Bombing near Iraq ex-PM's office ... her mother, Fiona MacKeown, has been reported saying that Scarlett was a strong swimmer and that she was believed she was raped and murdered.
A Foreign Office spokesman said: "Local police are investigating but we are not speculating while the investigation is going on."
Staff and pupils at Scarlett's school - The Small School in Harland, which has only 23 students - said they had been deeply affected by her death.
In a statement the school said: "This is an appalling tragedy for Scarlett and her family."
