A bomb attack north of the Iraqi capital Baghdad has killed three US soldiers and their interpreter, the US military has said.
The attack took place on Monday in Diyala province, the same day that five US soldiers died in a suicide attack in Baghdad.
Another soldier was wounded in the Diyala bombing, the military said.
US and Iraqi forces have been carrying out operations against Sunni militants in the ethnically mixed province.
