Meanwhile, the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission has yet again postponed releasing the results of the presidential election held one month ago. An official, speaking after the UN Security Council held a closed meeting to discuss Zimbabwe, said the country was in the midst of its worst humanitarian crisis since independence from Britain.
