Call to reject Burma constitution ... government has declared disaster areas in five states. Cyclone Nargis hit in the early hours with winds of up to 190 km per hour and left the streets of Burma's commercial capital, Rangoon, littered with debris from fallen trees and battered buildings. UN disaster experts say it will be days before the full extent of the damage is known.
