France to change African defence ... a ban imposed by the International Association of Athletics Federations. The IAAF had barred Pistorius from its events, claiming his blades gave him an unfair advantage over other sprinters. To reach Beijing, Pistorius still has to achieve the minimum Olympic qualifying time of 45.95 seconds over 400 metres.
