The report, presented in Berlin, warned that music, videos and forums were all increasingly being used to interest young people in extreme right-wing themes. The director of the project behind the report, Stefan Glaser, said many of the websites were not easily identifiable with neo-Nazism at first glance, as they avoided using swastikas. Despite the record amount of material, the report found that the number of websites breaking German laws dropped over the previous year. Out of around 1600 extreme right websites, less than 16 percent broke laws on incitement to racial hatred.
