Emergency teams have reportedly rescued a further 21 miners trapped hundreds of metres underground after a gas explosion at a Ukrainian coal mine.
A total of 23 miners have now been rescued from the Karl Marx pit in Ukraine's eastern Donetsk region. One was found dead and 13 are still missing. The miners were working about 1,000 metres underground to improve safety conditions when the methane blast occured early on Sunday.
