Belgium-based brewing company InBev has launched a 46.3 billion dollar bid to buy the United States' largest brewer, Anheuser-Busch.
If the 65-dollar-per-share-offer is successful, the world's largest brewer would be created. St. Louis-based Anheuser-Busch said its board of directors would evaluate the proposal carefully.
