Vlk wrote in his letter that he was exhausted also due by the ongoing negotiations on the government bill on property settlement between the state and churches in which he took part. He also participated in the lawsuit for the St Vitus' Cathedral at Prague Castle that the court eventually said belongs to the state earlier this year.
