Western media 'demonises' China ... Steinmeiner, who visited earthquake-hit Sichuan province on Sunday, promised that Germany would help rebuild schools in region.
He also said relations between Beijing and Berlin were back on track. Relations between China and Germany were strained last year after Chancellor Angela Merkel received the exhiled Tibeten spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama, who China views as a traitor.
