Bush is in Britain for the final leg of his "farewell" tour of Europe. Bush is to meet prime minister Gordon Brown for formal talks at Downing Street, on the second day of his two-day visit to the UK. The leaders are expected to focus on the Middle East, fuel and food prices after Bush has breakfast with Tony Blair, now a Middle East envoy.
