US 'must suspend' Iraq withdrawal ... Bush has arrived in Northern Ireland to meet leaders of the power-sharing administration. Earlier Bush met with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown in London for talks dominated by the Middle East. At a joint press conference at Downing Street, Bush praised Brown and played down recent speculation that the UK might withdraw its remaining troops in Iraq by the end of the year. Gordon Brown used the opportunity to announce fresh sanctions on Iran over its nuclear programme. The UK stop caps Bush's so called "farewell" tour of Europe.
