Benesova, shadow justice minister of the opposition Social Democrats (CSSD), has appealed the verdict because she does not like it that she should apologise to high supreme state attorney Libor Grygarek, her lawyer Petr Hala said.

That is why Cepl ruled that Benesova does not have to apologise to them for having called them a judiciary mafia.
"The four-degree court made a decision on things that do not fall within it," Petr Toman, lawyer of the six judiciary representatives, told CTK.
He also said Benesova did not prove her claim that a group around Vesecka is trying behind the scenes to influence cases and that it is successful.
According to the regional court, Grygarek did not interfere in Cunek's case, therefore Benesova must apologise to him.
