Berber riots rock Algerian town ... Algiers by French Prime Minister Francois Fillon. This follows a preliminary nuclear pact signed during a visit to Algeria by French President Nicolas Sarkozy late last year. Fillon is being accompanied on the trip by around a dozen managers of top French companies and six cabinet ministers.
