More than 700 people are reported missing after a Filipino ferry capsized in a typhoon.
Four people are confirmed dead and four others are reported to have survived from that accident in the central Philippines. Typhoon Fengshen, which has packed winds of up to 120 kilometres per hour, has killed scores and left a trail of destruction across the archipelago. Red Cross and civil defence sources say at least 155 people have been killed as the typhoon ravaged central and southern parts of the country.
