In Berlin, an international conference attended by delegates from 41 countries has pledged 156 million euros to help increase security in the Palestinian territories.
That's 40 million euros more than the amount requested by Palestinian Prime Minister, Salam Fayyad. German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said establishing a viable police force and judicial system in the Palestinian terrorities in the next three years was a top priority.
