Harare diary ... he said his supporters would risk their lives by voting. Tsvangirai himself has taken refuge in the Dutch embassy in Harare after soldiers tried to arrest him on the weekend. Meanwhile the US State Department has said that it will reject any attempt by Mugabe to declare himself president if the run-off goes ahead. And members of the Southern Africa Development Community have announced they will hold an emergency summit in Swaziland on Wednesday to discuss the political crisis in Zimbabwe.
