Iran has said a new round of European Union sanctions will only harm European business.
In an interview with an Austrian newspaper which appears this Wednesday, Iran's deputy Foreign Minister said his country would withdraw 100 billion dollars worth of funds in Europe and invest it elsewhere. EU states agreed on Monday to impose new sanctions against Iran due to its refusal to stop enriching uranium. The measures include an asset freeze on Tehran's biggest commercial bank, Bank Melli.
