Czech President not sure Kasparov's path right for Russia ... government coalition votes in spite of the opposition's criticism, was approved by 95 votes out of the 186 deputies present. It is yet to be approved by the Senate and signed into law by President Vaclav Klaus. According to the amendment, childless women, mothers of one child and men should retire at the age of 65 after 2030. However, the retirement age is to be only gradually increased. Since the mid-1990s it has been slowly rising to 63 years. The government bill reckons with the annual rise by two months for men and by four months for women. At present men retire at the age of 62, childless women when they turn 60 and four months and mothers according to the number of children like in the past. Under the new amendment, mothers of two and more children should still have the possibility to retire earlier even after 2030. They would retire at the age of 62 to 64.
