Australia's climate-change adviser has recommended the government to enact tough new limits on greenhouse gas emissions.
Such limits should also include the energy and transport sectors according to a 600-page report presented on Friday in Canberra. Ross Garnaut urged the government of Prime Minister Kevin Rudd to go even further on a current goal to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 60 percent by 2050.
