German police raid radical Islam suspects ... US President George W. Bush and German Chancellor Angela Merkel are among those attending the ceremony at which more than 4,000 guests are expected. The embassy's return to Pariser Platz comes 67 years after it was vacated when Nazi Germany declared war on the US. The ceremony is taking place on America's Independence Day.
