US nuclear team back in N Korea ... are being dismantled. The agreement, reached after three days of talks, says North Korea will finish disabling its biggest nuclear facility by the end of October in exchange for promised deliveries of fuel oil and other economic aid. In addition the envoys have agreed to a verification team of experts who will visit North Korean nuclear facilities, review its documents and interview its technical personnel.
