More than 20 people have been killed by a suicide bomber in Afghanistan.
According to local authorities, a police vehicle parked near a bazaar was targetted by the bomber who was seated in a car. The attack took place in Afghanistan's southern province of Uruzgan. More than forty people were also wounded. A local official blamed Taliban insurgents for being behind the attack, but this could not be confirmed.
