Global Media Forum in Bonn wraps up second day ... Anheuser-Busch has agreed to a 50 billion dollar takeover by Belgium-based InBev.
The acquisition creates the world's largest beer maker. The management team from the combined company will include "key members" from both companies. The new company would have net sales of about 36 billion dollars a year, offering consumers about 300 brands, including Anheuser's Budweiser and Bud Light and InBev's Stella Artois and Beck's.
