However, the men -- Abdulla Ahmed Ali, Assad Sarwar, and Tanvir Hussain -- still maintain that they are innocent of conspiracy to murder, a charge for which they are still being tried. They, along with two other defendants, have also admitted to ''conspiring to cause public nuisance'' by publishing alleged martyrdom videos, threatening bombings. Prosecutors accuse the five and three other co-defendants of planning a mid-air bombing which would ''shock the world''.
