Britons feared on missing plane ... western official since Hamas seized control of the territory in a bloody power struggle with rivals Fatah in June last year. Blair is expected to visit a sewage treatment plant in the territory's north. The former British prime minister has lobbied Israel to make exceptions to its blockade of Gaza and allow in spare parts to repair the facility. Last year five Palestinians died in a wave of raw sewage from the plant. Blair's planned visit comes a month into a shaky ceasefire between Hamas and Israel.
