Overweight US prisoner sues over 'insufficient' jailhouse diet ... alcohol in a rehabilitation centre, a spokeswoman for the star has confirmed.
The move follows tabloid speculation over the state of his 23-year marriage to former model Jo Wood.
"Following Ronnie's continued battle with alcohol he has entered a period of rehab," his spokeswoman said.
"His close family and friends say he is seeking help and look forward to his recovery."
