Global Media Forum in Bonn wraps up second day ... Steinmeier is expected to present a three-phase peace plan consisting of a mutual declaration of non-violence, repatriation of ethnic Georgian refugees to Abkhazia and foreign aid for reconstruction of the breakaway regions. Steinmeier's trip will also take him to Moscow for talks with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov before he returns to Berlin on Saturday.
