Germany and Iraq have signed an agreement to promote and protect mutual investment.
The agreement was signed by German Economy Minister Michael Glos and Iraqi Industry Minister Fawzi al-Hariri during a two-day visit to Germany by Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
