Crash upon take-off at Brussels airport ... to encourage more member states to increase their voluntary refugee intakes from Iraq, though there are no plans to set quotas. German Interior Minister Wolfgang Schäuble has expressed enthusiasm for accepting more persecuted Iraqi Christians, however most EU states oppose differentiating between refugees on the basis of religion. Also on the agenda of the meeting in Brussels are proposals for dealing with undocumented labour.
