France's Sylvain Chavanel of the Cofidis team has won the 19th stage of the Tour de France, a 165.5-km ride from Roanne to Montlucon.
He beat compatriot Jeremy Roy of the Francaise des Jeux team, with German Gerald Ciolek coming home third for Team Columbia. Spaniard Carlos Sastre of the CSC team retained the overall leader's yellow jersey.
