At least 45 people have been killed and more than 100 are missing after a boat accident in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The boat sank on Tuesday night on the Ubangi river, on its way from DRC to the Central African Republic. Passengers from both countries were on board. Local authorities said only 22 passengers were rescued and the chances of further survivors were believed to be slim.
