A Thai court has postponed a hearing to extradite a man to the United States, suspected of being one of the word's most wanted arms traffickers.
Viktor Bout's lawyer failed to appear in court, pushing back the hearing to September 22. The Russian arms dealer, dubbed the "Merchant of Death", was arrested in Bangkok in a joint sting operation by US and Thai authorities in March.
