Date of signing of U.S. radar treaties under consideration-Klaus ... model foster parents and President Vaclav Klaus has decorated them. The Vyskov district police department has imposed an information embargo on the case. According to iDnes, the couple is in a custody prison in Brno-Bohunice. A source confirmed the fact to CTK on condition of anonymity. Another source told CTK that the Rosners had been in custody for over a week. According to information CTK obtained, the children in the care of the foster families complained about their bad treatment to their teacher. At present, the children have been placed at the Institute for social care for physically handicapped youth Kocianka in Brno. "The couple was probably unable to cope with the situation any longer," a source from Slavkov told CTK. He said in his view it was the social workers who are responsible for the fact that the family received so many children in their care and in addition handicapped one. The care for such children is not easy. Fund for Children in Need (FOD) director Marie Vodickova said she was surprised that the foster parents were taken into custody. "As far as I know they gave the children away voluntarily and were promised that they will be able to take them home each weekend," she said. Vodickova said she had not seen the family many years but as far as she remembered the Rosners treated children nicely. She said Blazena Rosnerova had a brain attack a year ago. "It is possible that they failed to handle the situation," she said. In 2005 Klaus awarded the Medals for Merits to Lubomir and Blazena Rosner for services to the state in the field of enlightenment and education. Klaus decorated the couple for their care for physically and mentally handicapped children during a 23-year period of foster parenthood. According to the information CTK has obtained, the family then had eight children in their care, all of them physically or mentally handicapped. The handicapped children require demanding physical care that the family provided on an excellent level, the Presidential Office said three years ago when the couple received the presidential award. The foster parents were even making savings for the children to ensure their future. Lubomir Rosner is 55-year old and Blazena Rosnerova is six year younger than her husband.
