IAEA says Iran's nuclear activities remain serious concern ... by the International Atomic Energy Agency will allow UN monitors to visit 14 existing or planned reactors by 2014. This fulfils a key requirement of a deal between the United States and India that would give New Delhi access to atomic fuel and technology, despite its never having signed international non-proliferation agreements.
