A South African judge has said he will rule in September whether to dismiss fraud and corruption charges against president-in-waiting Jacob Zuma.
The judge also set December 8 as the provisional date for Zuma's criminal trial, in the event that he does not throw out the case. Earlier, Zuma appeared in court for a second day to push for the dismissal of the case that could undermine his bid to become president next year.
