Secret British documents on Al-Qaeda, Iraq mislaid ... crimes tribunal at the US prison facility at Guatanamo Bay. The jurors deliberated for just over eight hours. Hamdan is a Yemeni and was taken prisoner in Afghanistan in November 2001. A Pentagon spokesman has said Hamdan will remain classified as an enemy combatant regardless of the outcome of his case and will likely be detained for some period of time thereafter.
