A train crash in the Czech Republic has killed seven people and injured at least 67 others.
The EuroCity express from Krakow in Poland crashed into a Czech road bridge which had just collapsed during construction. The locomotive and at least six carriages derailed, leaving victims in a mass of twisted metal. Officials said the train, which was en route to Prague, struck at 120 kilometers an hour shortly after its driver had applied emergency brakes.
